Chaperones must be flexible and intuitive to handle issues that may arise on the trips. The club needs a minimum of two chaperones for each bus, and a minimum of one Car Driver per trip. We cannot run trips without chaperones and Car Drivers, so please notify the club ASAP if you have signed up but are unable to chaperone a trip. We need as much notice as possible so that we can find a replacement. While chaperones are not required to ski, the Club will reimburse the cost of the lift ticket if you do want to ski.
Please read the following information below before signing up as a chaperone:
Requirements
- Chaperones must be 21 or older with a valid drivers license.
- If you are a Car Driver, your vehicle must have valid insurance and have space for one person and their gear.
- Chaperones should be at the Einstein High School bus loop before 2:00 pm for a pre-departure briefing.
- Car Drivers may bring additional people, but remember that you may need to drive to the local hospital if a club member gets injured.

- Car Drivers must be prepared to drive to the hospital if/when needed.
